Welcome to Hafiz Quran Academy. By accessing our website or enrolling in our online classes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1 Our Services

Hafiz Quran Academy provides one-to-one online Quran education, including Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Quran translation, and Islamic studies, delivered via online platforms such as Zoom.

2 Enrollment & Free Trial

• New students are eligible for a free trial of up to 3 classes before enrolling.
• Enrollment for children must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when enrolling.

3 Fees & Payments

• Monthly fees are based on the plan you select and are payable in advance.
• Available payment methods will be shared based on your country after the trial.
• Fees for the free trial period are not charged.

4 Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Class times are agreed between the student/parent and the academy.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule a class.
• You may cancel your enrollment at any time; fees already paid for the current month are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5 Student & Parent Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable device for classes.
• Join classes on time and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• For young students, parental supervision during online classes is encouraged.

6 Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and Islamic learning environment. Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour by a student, parent, or tutor may result in suspension or termination of services.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and learning materials, is the property of Hafiz Quran Academy and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide quality education but are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or third-party platform issues.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
